Upstate Art Weekend

The Poetry Barn is pleased to announce participation in Upstate Art Weekend, a new initiative celebrating creative spaces in the Hudson Valley, from August 29-30, 2020. The two-day event incorporates sixteen arts organizations situated between Garrison and Hudson, NY. Founded by Stoneleaf Retreat, Upstate Arts Weekend provides a curated road map for those wanting to safely explore and enjoy art upstate.

If there’s anything these past few months have taught us is that community, collaboration, art and the outdoors are essential to our well-being and Upstate Art Weekend is a combination of all of these. The inaugural event series includes much to celebrate, with most programming free to attend.

Here, we’ll be showcasing our extensive collection of hand-made books and broadsides. We look forward to welcoming you! We will be open both days from 11 am-4 pm, no appointment is needed. Please see our Covid-19 plan for details on visiting safely.
